Where do you ship to?

How fast will I get my package?

All orders packed within 24hrs, shipped same day if order made before 12noon.

We ship all of our orders out via Canada Post Xpresspost & UPS.

Delivery times:

BC 1-2 buisness days

Alberta/Sask/Man 2-3 buisness days

Ontario/Other 3-5 buisness days

Remote 5-9 buisness days

There is no postal service on weekends and holidays!

Where can I find my order payment instructions?

After placing your order, you will receive an email detailing payment instructions. It is important that you review the instructions carefully and do not include any notes in the e-transfer such as product names, company name, or anything relating to the website.

Do you ship to the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not. Canada Only.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number to your email once you order has been shipped. It could take 12-24hrs for Canada Post to update their system, as we do anonymous drop.

This does NOT include weekends or holidays.

If you order is placed and shipped Friday your tracking number will not update in Canada post system until the next business day.

Where's my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent out to customers via auto email after the packages have been dropped off at Canada Post. Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not find your tracking number.

If you have recieved your tracking number but it doesnt show anything, Canada Post takes 12-24hrs(Buisness days) to update in their system.

If it has been 2 Buisness days and you still have not received your tracking number or it hasnt updated, please contact our customer support and we’ll be happy to assist.

Note that we only ship during business days, and Canada Post services are only business days

I gave you a wrong mailing address. What do I do?

Unfortunately, once shipped out, we will be unable to retrieve your package. You will have to reorder. Please double check your mailing address before ordering.

Yes, we offer Buy more Save more discounts. They are added automatically to your cart.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Canada Post Xpresspost is a flat fee of $24.95 for shipping. All orders over $400 are free shipping. To guarantee your order you can add our $5 Signature option. UPS rate is based off location.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, select Canada Post for PO Boxes

Is signature required on delivery?

No, but if you wish to be part of the guaranteed delivery program, signature option is required.

What if my package gets lost in delivery?

We will replace your package lost in transit.

If you provided an incorrect address you are NOT covered. The address you provide is printed directly onto your order, this would be your error.

If Canada Post says “delivered” to the postal code you provided we consider it to be delivered.

All orders that select “Signature Required” are part of our guaranteed delivery program. If you wish to have your package sent with no signature required, you take on all liability for the package.

How long have you been around?

We have been in the industry since 2019.

When are out-of-stock products restocked?

Usually we restock our products weekly. If an item is out of stock your order may be delayed or we will ship your order in two separate orders.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.
