How is this Product Used?
TB-500 is a synthetic version of a fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a peptide found naturally in the body that plays a role in healing and tissue regeneration. It’s known for its systemic (whole-body) healing effects, especially for muscle, tendon, and connective tissue recovery.
How It Works
- Increases cell migration to injury sites
- Promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth)
- Reduces inflammation
- Enhances actin regulation (important for cell repair/movement)
- Improves tissue remodeling and flexibility
Overall effect: faster recovery across the entire body, not just one spot
How to Use It
Dosage:
- Loading phase: 2–5 mg per week
- Maintenance: 2–4 mg per month

- Usually split into:

- Long half-life allows less frequent dosing
Cycle Length:
- 4–6 weeks loading phase

Administration:
- Subcutaneous injection
- Location doesn’t matter as much (systemic effect)
Stacking:
Common stacks:
- BPC-157 → localized + systemic combo
- GHK-cu + vitamin C → connective tissue support
- GH / GH peptides → enhanced recovery environment
Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT):
- ❌ Not required
- No hormonal suppression
Precautions:
- Limited human clinical data
- Possible:
- fatigue
- mild headaches
- Theoretical concern:
- angiogenesis (same discussion as BPC-157)
