MGF (Mechano Growth Factor), also known as IGF-1 Ec, is a splice variant of the IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1) gene that is expressed in response to muscle damage or mechanical overload. It plays a vital role in muscle repair, hypertrophy, and satellite cell activation. Unlike IGF-1 LR3, MGF acts locally in muscle tissue, promoting rapid regeneration and growth. It is especially valuable during intense training, injury recovery, or as part of a recomposition or bulking protocol.

How It Works

Stimulates Satellite Cells: Activates dormant muscle stem cells to initiate repair and hypertrophy.
